Dehumidifier Repair Near Uniontown, OH

After collecting excess moisture in your air supply, your whole-home dehumidifier then drains it. If your system isn’t draining correctly, there may be an issue with the drain hose. Drain hoses can get blocked or improperly connected, causing the hose to not drain altogether. If this is the case, you will need to have the hose repaired.

Appliances leaking water is typically not a good sign, especially when it comes to your dehumidifier! Before anything else, make sure to clean up any water leaking from your system promptly. Is your dehumidifier rattling or creating other strange noises? This could be due to a loose fan motor, loose screws and parts, or the compressor mounting brackets – all of which require professional attention from our team. Your dehumidifier is a fairly quiet operation, so any time you hear significant noises coming from it, you should call us for assistance!

Have you noticed that your dehumidifier is always running? There may be an issue with its humidity sensor. If the humidity sensor on your system is not working correctly, it will detect moisture even if it is not present. Your dehumidifier continuously running could also be due to a faulty humidistat. In either case, you will need assistance from trained professionals at Bonsky Heating and Cooling to fix the issue.
